What is a aanmelder.nl licence?

A aanmelder.nl license is required to use our services. You can purchase a license per month or per year, and this gives you access to your events. An active license also ensures that your credits remain linked to your account. In addition, your event data is securely stored on our servers, so you always have access to your own event data and insights. If you do not extend your license you no longer have access to the aanmelder.nl environment. Also, your credits and data will be deleted.

Difference between yearly and monthly licence

You can purchase the license for one month or one year. If you choose a yearly license, you get a discount on the total amount. This license is automatically extended yearly. You can also choose a monthly license. This license is automatically extended every month.

What are credits?

Credits can be seen as a virtual aanmelder.nl currency that you can buy and use to pay for services on our platform, such as registrations and add-ons. To illustrate: one credit equals one registration and one check-in including badge printing. Credits are purchased per year. Do you have any credits left at the end of the year? Then you can simply carry them over to the next year. 

Credits are available with your aanmelder.nl license and can be easily settled via your aanmelder.nl account. In your organization dashboard you can see under the section “billing” and then “usage” the number of remaining and used credits.

With your first purchase, there is a minimum purchase of 100 credits. In subsequent years, you have the option to scale back the number of credits to 0 credits if you wish.
