Normally the engineer leaves three hours after the start of the check-in. In some cases this is not long enough. Here you can read about the possibilities of keeping the equipment longer.
Additional hours engineer
If you want to keep the check-in open for longer than the standard three hours you can increase the hours of the engineer. You can indicate that in the check-in form or ask the Event Consultant about it. If it only turns out during the event itself that it would be beneficial for the engineer to stay longer you can discuss it with the engineer themselves. Please note that it is up to them to decline to do so if it was not discussed and approved beforehand. For questions about the cost you can contact the Event Consultant.
Keeping equipment without an engineer
You can chose to keep the equipment on location for longer without the help of an engineer. The engineer will explain the tablets and the printers before they leave so the hosts can manage possible errors by themselves. From the moment the engineer leaves the event location you as the event organiser are responsible for the equipment and their retourn to us. Tablets can be retourned via registered packages by PostNL. Printers (and tablets) can be retourned by courier. We work with Focus Koeriers but any other courier service works aswell. The costs of sending back equipment is on the organisers account.
