You are working on the organization of your online or hybrid event. This event should have an online event platform, but how should this be configured?
Steps to configure the Event Platform
Below you can find the steps to configure the appearance of your Event Platform.
- Go to Settings and check the checkbox for the Online Event Platform add-on.
- In the admin panel of the event, the following options should appear:
- Click Platform settings
- Under the General Information: Check the checkbox next to ' Online platform is enabled'
- Configure colors: You can now configure the your desired colors, add a logo and edit the welcome page
Fill in the primary color, which will function as the base color for the platform. The other four color options will be configured automatically, based on this color. This will quickly give you a good looking end result.
Do you want to give the chat banner a custom color? Select the pencil icon 
to customize the color separately.
If you don't select a logo, there will be no logo on the welcome page as you can see in the example below:
Now you have finished configuring the appearance of your event!
How can you see the preview of the platform?
In your URL bar you can see the URL of your event. Go to 'www.aanmelder.nl/EVENT_ID/live' to see a preview. EVENT_ID is the identifying number of your event and should be replaced with your own.
