After you have added the contacts, you will see 4 icons under options next to each
name, see below:
- The penci allows you to edit the contact.
- The envelope allows you to send this contact an invitation/reminder again.
- The textcloud allows you to add a note to a contact. This is useful if you invite a large list of people, the invitee has been contacted and has indicated that they will respond later, then the notes section can be useful to avoid sending unnecessary reminders.
(PLEASE NOTE: these comments cannot be included in the export of the contact list or automatically added to the registration form). - If you hover your mouse over the last icon of #1, the paper, you can see who has registered via this invitation.
- If you hover your mouse over the last icon of #2, the pen, you can manually register or deregister this person.
It sometimes happens that a personal invitation is forwarded. This way you can see to which contact the invitation was sent initially and who registered afterwards with this invitation.
If you want to prevent the personal invitation from being forwarded, you can do the following in your form:
In the settings of the first name, last name and e-mail address in the registration form, you can choose the option that the data are pre-filled. At 'The answer to this question' choose the option 'is read-only'. This way, these personal details cannot be changed and only the invitee is able to register.
