Pay as you go
If you currently pay your event registrations after your event (Pay as you go), the settlement of this event will take place in the way you are used, to the current rate. If this event has already been published before December 1.
When your event ends, or when you create a new event, you will be asked to switch to the new model. You can also choose to convert your current events earlier. These can be converted to credits as of December 1. This can be done by the organization owner (a role within aanmelder.nl).
Converting a pay as you go event to credits is done by activating your license.
Click on the “activate now” bar in your organization dashboard:

You can choose here to continue using your current (published) events in the current pricing model and only move to the new pricing model for all newly published events. Or you can use the credit plan for all events including those currently published.
Bundle
You can use your existing bundle registrations until the expiration date of your bundle. This is possible for current events as well as new events. As of December 1, you can prepare a license and credit estimate for when your bundle expires or is fully used. You can also choose to start your license earlier. The remaining registrations can then be converted to credits.
You can activate your license by clicking the “activate now” button in your organization dashboard at the top of the screen.
You are then given the choice to convert the registrations in your bundle into credits.
Convert bundle to credits: The registrations in your bundle are converted to credits. 1 registration in your bundle is 1 credit.
Keep using your bundle: You can keep using your bundle until all registrations are used up. You set up a license before your bundle is used up.
If you do nothing and your bundle expires you pay the remaining registrations for ongoing events afterwards in euros (pay as you go). Or you will be asked to switch to the new model when you create a new event. The organization owner (a role within aanmelder.nl) can change this.
