Dashboard metrics

On the Dashboard, we have created four blocks at the top displaying the key metrics for your event. This article explains what these metrics mean.

Ticket sales:

This shows the total of all published invoices, including VAT. A published invoice is an invoice that has been assigned an invoice number.

Ticket sales

Registrations:

The second block shows the totals of registrations for your event. This includes all completed registrations (payment pending is not included). It also displays the maximum number of participants for your event, if set. For example, in the screenshot below, a maximum of 100 participants can register, and 2 registrations have been received so far.

Since payment pending is not included here, it’s possible to see a situation where you have 149/150 registrations while the form is already closed. This can happen if, for example, one person is still in payment pending, or one person on the waiting list has priority.

Event date:

The third block is the date block. It shows the first date of the event.

Publishing:

The last block is the publishing block. It shows whether the event has been published. If it hasn’t been published yet, you can click the orange link to publish the event.
