Element: video
To make your website a bit more dynamic, you can choose to add videos.
To place a video on your website, go to the website builder and use the Video element.
(NOTE: this only works with videos from the following platforms: YouTube and Vimeo).

After adding the element, click on “upload media” or “replace video” in the editing toolbar. A pop-up window will appear where you can add the link (URL*) to embed the video.
URL: A URL is the web address you type in to open a specific page or file on the internet.

To get the correct link, go to the corresponding video on YouTube or Vimeo. Then follow the steps below:
-
Click the “Share” button located below/next to the video player (an arrow/paper-plane/link icon).
-
A window will open with sharing and embedding options.
-
Copy the URL shown there—this is the link you need to share the video.
Do you want the video to start playing not from the beginning, but for example halfway through? On YouTube, in the window that opens when sharing the video, you can click “Start at” and enter your desired start time.
