As an organiser you have to arrange for hosts for your event yourself. How many hosts you need you can read here.
The amount of hosts needed during an event is dependend on the amount of tablets and printers you have ordered from us. For every set you need at least one person. If you want to hand out anything during the check-in process, such as booklets or goodiebags, you can chose for an additional host. This way one host can focus on printing the badges while the other one can hand out things and maybe answer some questions about the event.
Sometimes it may be advisable to have an extra person to guide participants to the right queue or to explain the check-in process. This way the check-in counter will be used optimally.
Are you expecting VIP guests, speakers or other guest that should be greeted seperately? Then you can also use a different check-in counter with its own host. Read more about a counter for special guests here.
