Search participant across your events
With this feature, you can search for participants across all your events at once. This is ideal if you manage many events or want to check whether someone has registered for multiple events.
Search participants
- Go to your organisation dashboard
- Click Participants search in the left-hand menu
- Enter one of the following participant details:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Invoice number
Searching by company name only works if your registration form includes the question Company name and it has the intent participant-company.
Good to know
The first time you perform a search, it may take longer. This is because the system builds a search cache. After the first search, results will appear much faster, as only new registrations need to be processed.
