How can I check-in participants?

Activating Check-in for your event

Follow these steps to enable the check-in functionality:

  1. Go to the Event dashboard of your event.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Add-ons section.

  4. Tick the add-on ‘Event check-in’.

  5. Then, in the menu, go to Manage registrations > Check-in.

  6. Fill in the short questionnaire there so we can help configure the check-in according to your preferences.

Check-in options

Aanmelder.nl offers several ways to check in participants smoothly and professionally. Choose what suits your event best:

Printers & badges

Participants are scanned upon arrival and automatically receive a name badge. This badge is personalised and can be designed as you wish. Our engineers will bring the printers to your event location.

Check-in Mobile

The scanning staff only need a mobile phone or tablet with the Check-in Mobile app.

Tablets only

You can also rent tablets from Aanmelder.nl. These will be delivered by post in time for your event, allowing you to check in everyone smoothly on site.
